Nicklaus Heritage Ground Breaking
On April 19, 2023, Nicklaus Design—the world’s leading golf course design company— announced that they have commenced work on an 18-hole championship layout at Jack’s Bay. Doug Maslo and team will be responsible for the construction of the course. When completed, it will be the first Nicklaus Heritage course in the world. Jack’s Bay will also be awarded the rare Nicklaus real estate branding rights as a Nicklaus Community—a distinction afforded to only a very select collection of developments around the world, and the very first in the Caribbean.
