The film, released by Jack’s Bay, dives into the vision of the Nicklaus Design team for their first ever Nicklaus Heritage Championship Course, to be built at Jack’s Bay in Eleuthera.

You’ll hit the ocean on five of the holes. And you’ll see the water on another five.

Doug Maslo and team are responsible for the course construction, and played an integral role in connecting the ownership of Jack’s Bay with the team at Nicklaus Design, with whom Doug has worked for decades.

• The property features rolling terrain, elevation changes, lakes and caves, and will have several holes that play along the ocean.
• The course is slated to open in 2025
• The course will be the first ever Nicklaus Heritage Course, which represents the future of Nicklaus Design.
